EWB — Education Without Boundaries

How Can You Help?

Donate

EWB is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and donations are tax-deductible. The easiest way to donate is online through the Network for Common Good.

To make a donation by mail, please send your check, payable to "Education Without Boundaries" to:

Education Without Boundaries
60 Oceana Drive West, #2C
Brooklyn, NY 11235

Due to the high costs of shipping overseas, EWB generally prefers to receive cash donations rather than in-kind (material) donations because cash donations allow us to save money on shipping and purchase locally-produced materials at a cheaper price.

Still, there are several items and partnerships that we are currently looking to acquire in the United States. If you are able to help fulfill any of the following needs, please email wishlist@EWBnow.org and a EWB staff member will get in touch with you about how to make it happen. Donations of this kind are still tax deductible.

Wish list — Besides monetary donations, what does EWB need that you might be able to provide?

In-Kind Goods

Laptop Computers
To give youth the opportunity to document their lives and communicate with their peers in the United States, we are looking for laptop computers so that our students may communicate directly with their friends and sponsors.

Computer-skills are an important asset for youth as they enter the workforce. Secondhand laptops are welcome if they are in working condition.

Digital Cameras
EWB creates meaningful connections between our students and our donors.

To give youth the opportunity to document their lives, we are looking for digital cameras so that we can upload photos and stories to share over the internet. Secondhand cameras are welcome if they're in working condition.

School Supplies
In many of the countries in which we work, students are not able to study after class because they lack the school supplies needed to take notes during classes.

EWB accepts pens, pencils, crayons, rulers, notebooks, and scissors in bulk.

Teacher Resources
In many schools, teachers lack the most basic supplies needed to teach their classes of 80 students. EWB accepts new and used (must be in good shape) teacher supplies, such as teaching aid books, chalk, record books, etc.

Sponsors

Shipping Sponsor — Because EWB is so geographically diverse, we often rely on shipping to exchange materials. This expense takes from funds that, if sponsored, would go directly toward EWB's mission and operations. We're currently aiming to secure shipping sponsors for international shipping.

Air Travel Sponsor — EWB management must also travel between the various EWB locations for interviews, training, and events. These expenses, while very important to our work, would go straight to the EWB mission if they were sponsored.

Current Partners/Sponsors

Education Without Boundaries would not be able to continue its work without the support of our partners and sponsors:
